  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as custom or personalized items, final sale products, or gift cards, may not be eligible for returns. Please review the product description before purchasing.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@gearaero.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely, include all original tags and packaging, and ship it back to the address provided by our team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund:

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item shows signs of use or damage not reported upon receipt).

4. Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product. To do so:

  • Exchange Availability: Once the item is returned and received, we will ship the replacement item, provided it is in stock. If the exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative options.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Send Us Photos: Email info@gearaero.com with photos of the damaged product and your order details.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and your preference.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Lost or Delayed Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. ArtiGem is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

7. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs paid at the time of your purchase are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.
